2020 Spinnaker Health Research Foundation Awards Ceremony
The 2020 Spinnaker Grant Recipients were announced on 3 December at a beautiful reception at The University of Notre Dame. It was an exceptional event on a balmy summer’s night and we were pleased to be joined by Deputy Premier and Minister for Health, Roger Cook, Assistant Director General for Health, Dr James Williamson, our Patrons Prof Barry Marshall AC and Dr Patricia Kailis AM OBE, and many of our wonderful partners and supporters.

The Annual Awards event is always a highlight of the year for all of us at Spinnaker as it gives special opportunity to celebrate our exceptional research community. The Foundation received a record number of applications for 2020 Grants and it was a challenging process for our Scientific Advisory Committee to work through the many high calibre applications. It is reassuring to us all to know that so many of our talented academics and clinicians are continuing to test new ideas and strive to do better for their patients. We know that the future of West Australian’s health is indeed in very good hands!
Congratulations to our 2020 Grant Recipients
