Andrew has worked extensively as a Management Consultant for over 30 years leading and operating multi-country professional services businesses. He currently leads the Telco, Media, Energy and Utilities Sector for IBM ANZ and is also the Managing Partner for IBM Western Australian across all services.
Chief Executive Officer: Dana Henderson
Dana has more than 15 years not-for-profit management experience across a broad range of industry sectors including disability, children’s health, higher education, arts and medical research. She commenced her current role in November 2018 as the Foundation’s inaugural CEO.
Chair Finance and Governance Committee: Helen Warnock
Helen’s career spans 30 years in public practice including 20 plus years as a partner in an accounting practice in Fremantle. Her specialisations include accounting, taxation, business management and consulting. Helen is a Fellow of CPA Australia and currently works as a Management Accounting Consultant.
Director, Secretary and member Finance and Governance Committee: Mark Balfour
Mark Balfour is a commercial and property Lawyer with more than 40 years’ experience in both private legal practice and in the corporate sector holding company directorships and executive management of various listed and unlisted public companies in the resources sector and biometrics industry.
Director and Chair Marketing and Development Committee: Mark Rintoul
Mark Rintoul is the General Manager of the British Sausage Company Pty Ltd (WA) and the Peppercorn Food Company Pty Ltd (NSW). Mark has over 20 years’ experience in agribusiness and FMCG and has previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer at Kailis Bros Pty Ltd and General Manger – Meat Division at Milne AgriGroup Pty Ltd.
Director and member Finance and Governance Committee: Jenny Rachmat
Jenny is a financial planner with more than 17 years’ experience, currently practicing at Morgan Stanley Australia. Jenny founded and continues to run in a voluntary capacity YOLA – Young Once, Learning Always; a series of financial literacy workshops for under-represented high school students.
Director and member Marketing and Development Committee: Brad Thomason
Brad spent over 40 years in senior national executive management positions within the meat industry across Australia including D’Orsogna, George Weston Foods (GWF) Meat and Dairy Division and Dandy Foods. He previously served as a board member and Deputy Chairman of the Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) and by invitation of Western Australia’s Minister of Agriculture participated in the review of the Western Australian Egg Board.
